Rare by Nature.
Rich in Flavor.
Honey from the cave country of Türkiye: deep amber, unusually thick, and left raw and unfiltered. A jar that tastes of the landscape it came from — not of a production line.

Harvested from
the caves.
Cave honey takes its name from where it rests: cool, dark stone cellars cut into the hillsides of Anatolia, where the honey is left to settle and mature.
That slow, still maturation is why the colour deepens to amber and the texture tightens into something closer to cream than syrup. Nothing is added, and nothing is heated out of it.
Left to settle in cool stone cellars before jarring.
No heating, no fine filtering, no blending.
Harvested in Türkiye and jarred as one honey, not a blend.
Thick on the spoon.
Slow to move.
Most supermarket honey runs off the spoon in a thin ribbon. This one holds its shape — dense, glossy, and heavy enough that a single spoonful goes a long way.

Deep amber.
Rich flavor.
Warm and malty up front, with a caramel edge that lingers. It is sweet, but not flat — there is enough depth to keep a spoonful interesting on its own.
That intensity is why a little goes far: a spoon over yoghurt, a thread across warm bread, or a small dish alongside cheese and figs.
A touch of
wild luxury.
Breakfast, tea, a cheese board, or straight from the spoon — the jar is generous enough to use daily rather than save for an occasion.

Exceptional honey.
Beautifully simple.

Common questions.
How should I store it?
Keep the jar tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. There is no need to refrigerate it.
Is crystallisation normal?
Yes. Raw, unfiltered honey can crystallise over time — it is a sign the honey has not been overheated. Stand the jar in warm water and it will loosen again.
What is in the jar?
Honey. Nothing else — no added sugar, no syrups, no flavouring.
How much honey is in one jar?
One jar per bottle. Bundles contain 1, 3 or 5 bottles.
Is it suitable for young children?
No. Honey should not be given to children under 12 months.
