At valu-goods, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your original item following our return process.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Refunds
